Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Marketer to support the marketing team in executing and optimising paid social campaigns across our portfolio of shows. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Paid Social Campaign Support: Assist in the setup, management, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across the Meta Ads platform, ensuring best practices are followed for different objectives and audience segments.
• Creative Input & Best Practices: Work closely with creative teams, providing data-backed recommendations to ensure content aligns with platform best practices and paid social objectives.
• Quality Assurance & Attention to Detail: Perform meticulous checks on campaign setups, tracking, and budget pacing to prevent overspending and ensure all data is captured accurately.
• A/B Testing & Performance Optimisation: Implement and monitor A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and objectives, using insights to refine campaign strategy and improve performance.
• Data & Reporting: Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests, analysing key metrics to inform marketing decisions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and maintain deadlines for campaign launches.
• Marketing Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of paid and content strategies, bringing new ideas and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Some experience or understanding of paid social advertising, particularly within Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in campaign setups, tracking, and budget management.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About the role:
The successful candidate will be in charge of production and tour logistics for a number of tours across the UK and Europe, servicing our in-house portfolio of shows. The role is based full time in our office in West London and will cover managing all elements of touring and production within the UK and Europe, looking after between 80 – 100 shows a year.
Required Skills:
An in depth knowledge of Production Management across an array of shows
Experience overseeing touring & production logistics including technical advances
and travel/accommodation booking and managing logistics.
A deep understanding of technical show production
Experience staffing and managing productions crews
Experience forecasting production budgets and delivering within budget
A grounding in production costs and negotiating
A network of production suppliers and personnel in the UK and beyond
Demonstrable organisation skills with an eye for detail
Required Experience:
10+ years of production experience.
Experience working to time deadlines and strict financial budgets.
Computer literate and a good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced venue programmer to join MEGA’s promotion and brand management team to look after in excess of 100 shows per year. The successful candidate will work on one of the company’s flagship touring brands and be responsible for the commercial success of an internationally established event. They should be experienced and comfortable in live event promotion, routing tours internationally, negotiating tour/venue deals as well as managing budgets and forecasting tour accounts for shows up to arena level capacity. They will be the main point of contact with venues from booking dates through to event completion.

Relevant Experience:
A confident industry professional with at least +5 years of experience within programming / promotion / management
Collating venue availabilities and plotting tour routes
Must be highly organised, and self-motivated with impeccable attention to detail.
Experience with diary management
You have good communication skills (both written and verbal)
You can work autonomously as well as working with a vibrant team
An understanding of event production, touring logistics and ticketing/box office
Working with 3rd party promoters and booking agents
A keen interest in live music / events
An understanding of live event production
Experience as a promoter rep / managing shows
An understanding of event marketing within the live music sector
Demonstrable experience of promoting large scale live music events
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High level of numeracy and good spreadsheet skills
Salary: £50k (OTE: £60K)
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, permanent position
The role will be based at our office in North Acton, London
Working hours are 10:00 – 18:00 / Monday to Friday
